Eindhoven Film Festival

Anillusion has been hired as the technical support for collecting and checking all films that are selected for the Eindhoven Film Festival (EFF). If your film is selected for this festival and has not been converted to a Digital Cinema Package (DCP) yet, we offer our DCP creation services at a discount. We are a DCP facility, registered at the ISDCF and we will follow the strict standards that have been set by the DCI and follow the naming convention that has been internationally agreed upon.

Please note the following procedure we follow for EFF:

  1. Request (FTP) account for exchange of the files.

  2. Upload the master file. If this is a DCP, we'll check it and if everything is allright you don't have to do anything else.
    • ProRes 422 HQ or DNxHR HQX (mov/mxf)
    • 2048x858 (Scope) or 1998x1080 (Flat)
    • Framerate at 24.00,25.00 or 30.00 (all other framerates need to be changed by the filmmaker)
    • English subtitles for non-english movies, either burned in with regard to the resolution of as a seperate SRT file that follows the time of the masterfile
    • 5.1 audio or Stereo (will be upmixed) 48kHz 24bit

  3. If we need to create a (new) DCP, we'll contact you with information about payment and will request payment details for your invoice.

  4. After we receive the payment we will create the DCP. This DCP will also be downloadable on the FTP account until the festival is over at Sunday, the 1st of December 2019.

Please take note that if you're late uploading or your payment isn't received in time, the festival can decide to regard your film as 'unsubmitted' and therefore cancel the selection.

Filmlength between 5 and 10min € 75,-
Filmlength between 10 and 30min € 100,-
Filmlength between 30 and 60min € 150,-
Filmlength between 60 and 180min € 200,-
All prices are excluding VAT.

If you would like us to create additional DCP's, that you want to use for other festivals (for instance one without subtitles or other languages) we can do that for the same discounted price per DCP.
